I came to the UK from Spain in 1970 to learn English and to escape the Franco regime. I loved it here, the diversity, the culture. I love travelling. I met my husband, Lawrence, 30 years ago, and it still feels like yesterday. We moved to the area in 1997 so it’s been 20 years and I very much enjoy living here. I have everything I could have wished for.
