Join us for afternoon tea and cakes, listening to old records and helping us create a history archive for Clapham Park Estate. We want to collect photos, memorabilia and memories to create a digital archive of the key people, places and events.
- Bring your photos or documents of the Estate and we’ll scan them to add to the Archive (and we’ll send you a digital copy as well). Some things that might be interesting could be pictures and letters of when you first arrived to the Estate, pictures of buildings, homes, families, events, newspaper articles, memorabilia… anything you think is relevant to your experience of Clapham Park.
- Share memories on our ‘StoryMap’ – help us map out your memorable places, places that are no longer here, places we like to change. We are using the map as research for future creative work to help share these stories.
- Bring your old records and we’ll play them on the record player. We’ve been listening to everything from reggae, to country, to classical.
